Coaching Programs "I have my choice: who can wish for more?" ~~ Samuel Richardson   During your Introductory Session, we will discuss your needs and determine which program is right for you. Coaching is customized to suit your specific personal needs. Some of the programs I offer include: Monthly Coaching Ongoing coach to help you define goals in all areas of your life, create strategies and implement them — all with the support of a coach/partner to help you achieve clarity and to support and encourage you along the way. The initial Discovery Session lasts one-and-one-quarter hours and costs $200. We would then meet twice a month. Two 30-minute sessions would be $175 per month; 45-minute sessions would be $265; and 60-minute sessions would be $350. Career Exploration Short-term, focused coaching to discover a new career path with the Life Purpose Process©. For this program, i recommend my 4-hour package for $600. Exploration / Problem-Solving Session Work with your coach to explore an opportunity or get clarity on a particular decision, issue or goal with which you feel stuck. Scheduled by the hour for $175 per hour. Sessions of 45 minutes or longer may be held in person if you are in the New York City area. All 30-minute sessions will be held over the phone.   Rates The cost of coaching may seem high at first glance, but when you see it in terms of the benefits you will receive, you will better understand what a valuable investment it is. Coaching can literally change your life. If money is an issue and you are committed to coaching, we will find a program that fits your needs and your budget.
